Nice and fleshy swordfish is one of the simplest and most tasty fish to grill.
- ¾ cup plain yogurt
- 1 tbsp Jamaican jerk seasoning
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp chili powder
- ½ tsp ground cinnamon
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- 4 (6-ounce) swordfish steaks ( about ¾ inch thick)
- Cooking spray
- Mix the first 8 ingredients in a large bowl. Add fish and coat both sides. Cover and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Then begin to preheat grill.
- Place fish on grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork or until desired texture.
