Swordfish Steaks
Nice and fleshy swordfish is one of the simplest and most tasty fish to grill.
INGREDIENTS
  • ¾ cup plain yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Jamaican jerk seasoning
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • 4 (6-ounce) swordfish steaks ( about ¾ inch thick)
  • Cooking spray

 

PREPARATION:

  1. Mix the first 8 ingredients in a large bowl. Add fish and coat both sides. Cover and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Then begin to preheat grill.
  2. Place fish on grill rack coated with cooking spray; grill 4 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork or until desired texture.
