This refreshing recipe is a great summer drink to cool you down during those scorching days. You can either add or leave out the ginger depending on your taste.
- 2 cups chopped fresh strawberries
- 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon table salt
- 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
- Premium vanilla bean ice cream
- Sparkling lemonade
Process initial 3 ingredients and, if wanted, ginger, in a blender until smooth. Split half of mixture among 4 tall sundae glasses; cover each with a generous helping of ice cream or frozen yogurt. Scoop remaining strawberry blend over the ice cream; top with with lemonade.
