Fricassee Garlic Chicken
  • 1 lb boneless & skinned chicken
  • Fresh pepper
  • 2 tbsp mello kreem margarine
  • Parsley
  • Tomato slices
  • 2 onions
  • 1/4 cups garlic spread
  • 2 sprigs thyme
  • Salt
  1. Season the chicken and allow to marinate for 20 minutes.
  2. Chop the chicken into small bite sized portions. Add 2 tablespoons of margarine into a skillet, as it melts, add the cut onion and saute for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Include chicken and reduce the heat a bit. Utilizing a spoon, continually stir the chicken. Include chopped fresh pepper, thyme and garlic spread.
  4. Put the mixture in the skillet and cook until the chicken is brown. Place on a platter to serve and top with parsley and tomato slices.
