Guava Cake
INGREDIENTS
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 3/4 cup guva pulp
  • 1/4 cup  margarine
  • 1 egg
  • Salt
  1. Take guavas and cut them into quarters and press them through a metal strainer. You can also puree the guava utilizing a food processor then press through a metal strainer.
  2. Blend all the ingredients together with the guava into a bowl.
  3. Place the mixture into a loaf tin. Bake the mixture for 45 minutes in a preheated oven at 325 degrees.
