This dish goes well with a spicy salsa and wrapped with a flour tortilla.
- 2 tablespoons fajita seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 (1 1/2-pound) package flank steak (1/2-inch thick)
- Mix initial 3 ingredients. Rub olive oil evenly on flank steak; sprinkle with seasoning blend. Cover and chill no less than 4 hours.
- Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium-high warmth for 7 to 8 minutes on every side. Cut steak across the grain into thin strips. Can be served with salsa
