Flank Steak with Salsa

This dish goes well with a spicy salsa and wrapped with a flour tortilla.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons fajita seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 (1 1/2-pound) package flank steak (1/2-inch thick)
  • Salsa

Preparation

  1. Mix initial 3 ingredients. Rub olive oil evenly on flank steak; sprinkle with seasoning blend. Cover and chill no less than 4 hours.
  2. Grill, covered with grill lid, over medium-high warmth for 7 to 8 minutes on every side. Cut steak across the grain into thin strips. Can be served with salsa
